Some positive feedback came from a couple from Melbourne who have become tired of the Victorian model show scene so have been exploring further afield. I gather they went to Sydney last year and Brisbane this year. They said it was the biggest and best they had seen.

We think you need the thanking for orchestrating such a professionally organised festival of trains and train enthusiasts. I work with event managers who do events for a full time living and you and your staff put on a better show than the professionals.

Many thanks for the a great Model Train Show. I appreciated:

• A quality and quantity of email communication before the show
• The friendly reception when I arrived
• Sites well marked
• Good site size
• Hearing the attendance each morning (why should it be a secret)
• The ability to set up a store at the corner of my exhibit
• Tea and coffee, and the lunch coupons worked well
  

Thanks again to you and your organising committee for the show you put on. We thoroughly enjoyed the show and the continual stream of visitors. It was a great success for us as usual, meeting old friends and exposing the hobby to yet another generation of model train enthusiasts. Well done guys, hope to see you all again next year.
